Learning Objectives:
• Acquire knowledge and skills for assessing the needs of clients across different age groups and varying conditions.
• Increase awareness of the unique aspects and complexities of home modification.
• Understand the importance of implementing adequate precautions during structural modifications and while prescribing assistive devices.
• Develop liaison skills with government bodies and management companies.
• Acknowledge the concerned legal consideration.
